Growth Track is CLM’s discipleship structure which is designed to encourage people to think about, how can I keep growing in my relationship with Jesus and how can I move to the next level in leadership.
Growth Track is essentially split into 3 areas – Early Discipleship, Growth Courses and Leadership and Theology.
Growth Track
Early Discipleship
Our early discipleship team is committed to helping those in the life of CLM who are seeking to take those initial steps in their faith. The following programs/courses are available during the year.

Curious about faith? The Alpha Course is designed for non-Christians exploring faith and is ran yearly at CLM.
The beauty about Alpha is that each evening, guests can enjoy a great meal together, hear an engaging talk, and then explore any questions about faith and Christianity in a relaxed environment.
Throughout the 8 week course, we will cover topics such as:
'Who is Jesus?''
'How can I have faith?' and much more. -
Baptism Explained is a seminar for anyone that has any questions about water baptism or would like to get baptised. It is an opportunity for you to hear more on why we believe baptism is so important in the journey of faith for all followers of Jesus. Safar is a one-to-one discipleship tool for those who are seeking to learn more about the Christian faith as a new believer. Safar is an accessible way for disciples to ‘make disciples’ as Jesus commissioned in Matthew 28.

Growth Courses
During the year we run various Growth Courses to help equip people in different ways, such as growing in the truth of God’s word, managing finances and more.

The CAP Money Course is a 3-week money management course that is open to everyone and will give you practical skills to help you to budget, save and spend well. The course is run twice a year and designed to help anyone and everyone.

The Marriage Course Online is designed for any married couple wishing to build a strong and lasting relationship. The course consists of 7 sessions and topics covered include: Building Strong Foundations; The Art of Communication; Resolving Conflict and more.
The beauty of The Marriage Course Online is that you can do this as a couple in the comfort of your own home, at whatever time suits you.

Rooted is an amazing 10-week discipleship journey that connects people to God, the Church and their purpose. Whether you are new to faith or been a Christian for some time and simply want to grow, then this is for you. Each participant will receive one of our lovely Rooted journals which will guide you through the weekly content and devotionals.
The Rooted journey is designed to be done in a small group setting and is run through our CLM Life groups. Please keep a look out for sign up opportunities during the year. -
Freedom in Christ is a 10-week course, to equip and make disciples through knowing their freedom and identity in Christ, and specifically using the Word of God to align participants to God’s truth. The course is run every 2 years.
Leadership and Theology

Growth Track also covers leadership development and our heart to raise up leaders who can play their part within the life of the church and beyond. Serving and Leading 1 & 2 are CLM’s leadership courses which we run yearly and are available to anyone who calls CLM home.
Serving and Leading 1 introduces our key values, self-leadership and leading like Jesus. Serving and Leading 2 then builds on this foundation, by providing more practical leadership training.

Missio Dei (AOG’s Leadership and Theological College) offers several short courses for any follower of Jesus who is seeking to grow deeper in their understanding of Scripture and the Christian faith. These courses are an opportunity to learn from a wealth of scholars and practitioners in an environment of theological learning.
Each course includes classroom lectures, teaching notes and a certificate of completion for your CPD portfolio.
