Get Involved

There are a number of different ways that you can get involved at CLM.

See below for details on how you can play your part.

  • Serving as part of a Sunday Hospitality Team at CLM (Car Park Team, Stewarding, Refreshments, etc) is a key way of honouring God by serving others, being part of community and connecting with others as we serve together, and importantly, being part of preparing a home for new people.

    We would encourage anyone who calls CLM ‘home church’ to get involved in one of our teams and there are lots of different ways in which you can serve practically, with something to suit all skill-sets. Typically, we encourage new members to settle into the church for around 3 months before getting involved.

  • Are you passionate about children and looking for a way to make a real difference in their lives through CLM Kids? Our amazing Kids Teams serve hundreds of children every week, creating a fun, nurturing, and faith-filled environment—but we need your help to do it well!

    At both Central and North sites, we’re looking to nearly double the size of our Primary School and Early Years Teams to strengthen what we can offer on Sundays. It takes a dedicated team of volunteers to make it happen!

    Whether you love teaching, supporting, or simply creating a welcoming space for kids to grow, there’s a place for you to serve and inspire the next generation.

  • Here at CLM we are passionate for the Presence of God.

    Encountering the Presence of God is essential to the wellbeing and spiritual growth of the individual believer and the corporate church. The CLM Worship Ministry, comprising of anointed and skilful musicians, singers, songwriters and technicians, through songs and lifestyles of worship provide an atmosphere of faith and help to give language to heartfelt love (worship), and adoration (praise) for God's Presence to fill our corporate gatherings.

  • Life Groups are one of the key ways that we outwork Christ-centred Community at CLM. They are one of the main points of connection, community and care for most people at CLM. Throughout the year, most groups will do a range of activities including Bible Studies, Socials, Book Studies, Short Courses and much more. We have groups meeting on various evenings in Coventry, Rugby and Leamington Spa as well as on Zoom.

  • The Early Discipleship Team is a new initiative we are currently putting in place at CLM to assist with discipling new believers and helping them take their next step. This team will also assist in the journey of non-believers who are exploring faith/Jesus for the first time.
